Most founders don’t struggle because their offer is weak. They struggle because they don’t know how to lead the conversation.
I’m Lucy. I live with my family – my son and my partner – and that shapes how I see communication and what I value day to day. Life at home is full and real, and it keeps things simple: people respond best when conversations are clear, honest, and grounded.
I work for myself, with service founders – people building real businesses, carrying a lot, often doing everything right on delivery and demand, but still finding that sales conversations don’t land the way they need to for high-ticket growth.
My background is in sales and health and wellness coaching, where I spent years in real-time conversations that needed clarity, presence, and the ability to shift how someone thinks in the moment. I also have an acting background, which shaped how I understand communication: presence, listening, timing, and real human connection.
High-ticket sales, for me, comes back to that – structured conversations where both sides can think clearly, explore fit properly, and decide without confusion building along the way.
Most founders don’t lack demand. What breaks is the conversation between interest and decision: things get over-explained, price shows up too early, or the structure isn’t strong enough to hold the value. I rebuild how those conversations are led – so selling becomes calmer and easier to navigate, clients understand the value more clearly, and decisions feel more natural.
The outcome is simple: better conversations that lead to better conversions, without the tension that usually sits around high-ticket sales.
I work in a grounded way.
