Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service outline the coaching relationship between Lucy Wilsher, trading as Lucy Wilsher Coaching (“Lucy”), and the client (“you”).

By signing a proposal or contract, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all 1:1 coaching engagements and group programmes.


2. The Coaching Relationship

Lucy provides sales conversation coaching and live pipeline support for founders and service providers. Coaching is collaborative and forward-focused, and results will be shaped by the commitment and effort you bring to the process.

The scope of each engagement is agreed in advance. If support is needed outside of this scope, this will be discussed and agreed before any additional work begins.


3. Sessions

Sessions are conducted remotely via video call. Session length, frequency and format are confirmed in your proposal.

Please join on time so you can get the full value of the session. Sessions are scheduled to start and finish as agreed.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be treated as delivered and is chargeable in full. This helps keep scheduling fair and consistent for all clients. If you are running late, a message in advance is always appreciated.

Sessions may be recorded with prior agreement from both sides. Any recordings are for your personal reference only.


4. Cancellations, Refunds and Payments

Rescheduling sessions

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice or not attended are charged in full, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

For group sessions, written notes may be shared where available, but additional catch-up sessions are not included as standard.

Payments

Invoices are issued via Stripe on 15-day terms.

Where a payment plan is in place, a minimum term of 3 months applies. Monthly payments remain due throughout this period regardless of attendance, as your place and support are reserved for you. After the minimum term, one full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel, and payments continue during that notice period.

Refunds

Payment secures your place and commitment to the programme. For this reason, refunds are not offered once payment has been made.

If Lucy needs to reschedule a session, an alternative will always be offered at no additional charge.


5. Between-Session Contact and Availability

You are welcome to get in touch between sessions via WhatsApp or email. Lucy will respond as and when available. There is no set response window, and messages do not guarantee a same-day reply.

If something requires more in-depth support, an additional session may be suggested so it can be properly worked through.

If urgent or same-day support is required, this can be requested as a priority service. Priority sessions are subject to availability and are charged at a premium rate agreed at the time of booking.


6. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, tools, methodologies and materials shared remain Lucy’s intellectual property.

You are welcome to apply them within your own business and share your results. Materials may not be reproduced or shared externally without prior written permission.


7. Confidentiality

Everything shared within the coaching relationship is treated as confidential. Lucy will not share your information with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Lucy may reference client outcomes anonymously for marketing purposes, but will never include identifying details without explicit permission.

For group programmes, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality.


8. Scope of Coaching

Lucy’s specialism is sales conversation coaching and live pipeline support. Where topics fall outside of this scope, this may be highlighted and additional support suggested where appropriate.


9. Ending the Coaching Relationship

You may end your engagement at any time in writing, subject to the payment terms outlined above.

Lucy reserves the right to end a coaching relationship where it is no longer a good fit or where there is a breach of these terms. Where this happens, a pro rata refund for any unused sessions may be considered depending on the circumstances.


10. Liability

All business decisions made during or following coaching remain your responsibility. Lucy’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


11. Changes to These Terms

Lucy may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement following notification constitutes acceptance.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
